After the unexpected death of a close friend, I suddenly became the trustee of his condo at Mt. Snow and needed to sell it. Living in NY I knew nothing about the real estate market in VT. Jill came to my rescue. She quickly provided local information, useful comps, advice on setting and negotiating a sales price and dealing with the HOA. She was always quick to respond to my numerous emails, texts and phone calls, and graciously helped me, as an absentee owner, with logistics. For example, I was able to have bedspreads delivered to her home and then she went to the condo and put them on the beds for me. Jill was delightful to work with, and I highly recommend her as an agent.
